Owner, Clerk Busted Selling Drugs At West Hempstead Business, Police Say
The owner of a Long Island smoke shop and an employee are facing criminal charges after they were allegedly busted selling drugs.
Members of the Nassau County Police Department’s Narcotics/Vice Unit visited Smoke Depot, located in West Hempstead at 177 Hempstead Avenue, on Tuesday afternoon, Feb. 14.
Detectives found that the business was selling numerous products containing psilocybin and marijuana, including chocolate bars and gummies. They also reported finding vape cartridges containing THC, along with cash.

Man Busted With Stolen Handgun During Heroin Deal In Trenton, Police Say
A 35-year-old man was caught with a stolen handgun and various drugs during a heroin deal in Trenton, authorities said.
Nieme Bradley was seen involved in a hand-to-hand narcotics transaction on Coolidge Avenue as officers patrolled the area of Oakland Avenue and Hoffman Avenue on Monday, August 15, Trenton Police said.
During questioning, Bradley was found with a 9 mm semi-automatic handgun stolen out of Trenton, along with two 10-round magazines, 20 rounds of ammunition, unspecified amounts of heroin, Oxycodone, and Psilocybin (mushrooms), and $500 cash, police said.

26 Pounds Of Pot, Thousands In Cash Seized In Bensalem Raid: Police
A Bensalem man was arrested last week in a drug bust, authorities said.
Police and FBI agents discovered 26 pounds of marijuana, THC, Psilocybin (mushroom) edibles, drug trafficking materials, and more during a warranted search at a home on Konefal Street on Monday, March 2, Bensalem police said.
Authorities also seized around $21,000 in cash, a Yamaha motorcycle valued at approximately $7,000 and a Rolex watch valued at $44,000, they said.
The estimated value of the recovered drugs is more than $70,000, police said.

Poughkeepsie Man Busted For 21 License Suspensions, Heroin, Mushrooms
New York State Police busted a Poughkeepsie man Friday on multiple drug charges during a traffic stop where troopers discovered he had 21 suspensions on his driver's license.
Stanley J. Williams III, 29, was stopped around 12:48 a.m. on Montgomery Street in the City of Poughkeepsie for a traffic violation, said Trooper AJ Hicks.
Besides the 21 suspensions, troopers also found heroin, psilocybin hallucinogenic mushrooms, and marijuana inside the vehicle, Hicks said.
