Mall Robbery: Homeless Trio Arrested In Potomac Mills Incident, Police Say
Police have arrested three people in a robbery at a mall in Northern Virginia, they said.
William Carl English, 19, Diego Alberto Munoz-Villeda, 24, and Dominique Khalil Tomlin, 29, have all been charged with robbery for the April 24 incident at Potomac Mills in Woodbridge, Prince William County police announced.
Around 2:50 p.m., a man said he was approached by a complete stranger, later identified as Tomlin, who struck him in the face and took his wallet, then fled with two others in a Ford Windstar with a gold hood, police said.

Dwayne Selman-Nevelle, 37, of Dumfries, walked into RIA Money Transfers on Richmond Highway around 11:50 a.m. March 27, pulled out a handgun, and demanded money from employees, Prince William County police said.
Selman-Nevelle took an undisclosed amount of money before fleeing in a silver or light- colored Ford Explorer, police said. No injuries were reported.

A 37-year-old man wanted for a deadly shooting at a Virginia nightclub last month has surrendered, police said.
Jonathan Montile Middleton, 37, of Stafford, has been on the run since Saturday, March 23, when police says he shot Carvell Jarmain Williams, 38, of Warrenton, at Club Tempo in Dumfries, Prince William County police said.
Williams and Middleton got into an argument in the parking lot of the Possum Point Road club before things turned deadly around 2:10 a.m., county police said. Two vehicles in the parking lot were also struck by gunfire, police said.

A Virginia man is facing charges for firing a gun, hitting an uninvolved vehicle, during a road rage incident in the middle of an intersection, police said.
Timmy Mitchell Deane, of Woodbridge, became involved in a road rage incident near Dumfries and Counselor Roads in Manassas around 1:20 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 4, Prince William County police said.

Authorities have released new information in what they are investigating as a murder-suicide in Prince William County.
Family members found Nicholas Allen Smith Withrow, 42, and his wife Brittnee Yvonne Posey, 30, after getting texts that the two had been arguing on the 18300 block of Cabin Road in Triangle on Sunday, Jan. 14, Prince William County police said.
Investigators believe the argument escalated between Withrow and Posey, were husband and wife, and ended when Withrow shot Posey, and then himself, county police said.
