A shed fire behind a row of townhouses in Cecil County caused hundreds of thousands of dollars in damage and left 10 people in two homes displaced, officials say. In Elkton, crews were called to Mallard Court at around 12:45 a.m. on Sunday morning, to battle a blaze that broke out in the back of a property and spread to two neighboring homes. Authorities have identified the pedestrian struck and killed along Route 35 in Aberdeen. Jeremy Riccioni, 33, of Aberdeen was struck at about 11:15 p.m. Monday, Dec. 11 in the northbound lanes near the intersection of Amboy Avenue, according to the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office..
