A Virginia gunman and his secret accomplice, a laborer hired to help the true victim move, have both been indicted in an armed robbery last March in a Bergen County storage unit, authorities said.
Eduardo L. Villegas Valera, 30, of Elmhurst, NY had been hired to help someone move items in Englewood Cliffs on Monday, March 11, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said.

Two Newark residents were recently arrested and charged with robbing people at gunpoint at the Meadowlands Plaza Hotel in Secaucus in February, authorities said.
At 4:22 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 8, Christopher Herrera, 30 and Rikelvin DeLeon Diaz, 33, forced their way into the victims hotel room while claiming to be police officers, Secaucus police said. But they weren't real cops, they were fake cops.

Prince William County police have arrested a 19-year-old in connection with a 2021 armed robbery, officials said.
On December 18, 2021, officers arrived at the scene in the 2800 block of PS Business Center Drive, where two male suspects forced a victim out of their SUV and stole the victim's property, according to the Prince William County Police Department.

Police Nab Man Wanted In 2018 Armed Robbery Of Delivery Driver In Ansonia
A 22-year-old area man has been arrested in connection with a 2018 robbery of a delivery driver at gunpoint.
Leroy Shaw, of Ansonia, was arrested on Monday, July 13, on a warrant by Ansonia Police for his alleged involvement in the crime that took place on Dec. 31, 2018, said Lt. Patrick Lynch.
Shaw’s arrest is part of an ongoing investigation into the robbery, where two men robbed a delivery driver of cash and the food, Lynch said.
One of the men showed a handgun during the robbery, he added.
