Cash Is SPCA Pet Of The Week BRIARCLIFF MANOR, N.Y. -- The SPCA Westchester is hoping someone is looking for some Cash. Cash is a seven pound Chihuahua mix who likes other small dogs and is good with kids 10 and up, the SPCA said. Cash is available for permanent foster due to a heart condition known as degenerative valve disease. This condition requires daily medication and a heart-healthy diet.  As a permanent foster, Cash's medical needs will be covered by the SPCA.
