Man With Dementia Missing In Belleville: Police
A 72-year-old man diagnosed with dementia has been missing in Belleville since Sunday, Oct. 6, authorities said. Oscar was last seen in the area of St. Peters Church on William Street wearing a white jacket with red, yellow and blue stripes, blue jeans and blue sneakers, Belleville police said.
