$15M Lottery Jackpot: $30 Scratch-Off Ticket Nets Massive Win In Topsfield A $15 million lottery jackpot was claimed on Thursday, June 13, in one of the biggest lottery wins in Massachusetts in recent memory.  The winner collected the prize playing the $30 scratch-off ticket "'300X." LJS Trust of Quincy claimed the ticket on behalf of the winner.  They chose to take the one-time payment of $9,750,000 (before taxes) rather than the annuity.  The winning ticket was sold at Country Farms, 20 Main St. in Topsfield. The store will receive a $50,000 bonus for the sale.
