DUI Driver Indicted In Crash That Killed Double Organ Transplant Survivor In Buena Vista
A Delaware man was accused of driving drunk, speeding, and ignoring a red light in a crash that killed a woman in Atlantic County, authorities said.
Kevin Wilson, 63, of New Castle, was indicted by a grand jury on Tuesday, Mar. 19 for first-degree aggravated manslaughter, the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office said in a news release. The indictment came after a deadly crash in Buena Vista Township on Saturday, June 24, 2023.

Salem County Woman, 81, Killed In Collision With Tractor-Trailer
An 81-year-old woman from Salem County was killed in a collision with a tractor-trailer, authorities said.
The crash occurred at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 16 in the intersection of Route 40 and Route 677 in Upper Pittsgrove, according to New Jersey State Police.
Preliminary investigation revealed that a Cadillac XTS was traveling north on Route 677 (Burlington Road).
An International 760 was traveling east on Route 40.
As a result of the crash, the driver of the Cadillac, Linda Krause, 81, of Elmer, sustained fatal injuries, police said.

PA Woman Struck, Killed In South Jersey: Police
A 36-year-old pedestrian from Pennsylvania was struck and killed in Atlantic County, authorities said.
Heather L. Gerevics was crossing Millville Avenue at the intersection of Route 40 in Hamilton at 7:58 p.m. on Saturday, Sept 17, when she was hit, police said.
Gerevics, of Washington, Pennsylvania, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The drive of a Nissan Pathfinder, Herman Lopex, 53, from the Mays Landing section of Hamilton, stopped., police said.
He had not been charged.
The accident remains under investigation by the Township of Hamilton Police Department.
