NY Driver Whose Dog Bit Deputy During Sterling Pursuit In Stolen Car Sentenced
A Rochester, NY man whose dog bit a Loudoun County deputy after leading a reckless pursuit that landed four people in the hospital has been sentence to prison time.
Justin Connor, of Rochester, NY, who was 27 at the time of the July 2023 incident, was sentenced on May 23, 2024 to seven years and three months in prison by Judge Matthew P. Snow, the county sheriff's office announced.
Connor was found unconscious behind the wheel of the car in the Sheetz gas station parking lot at Dulles Plaza in Sterling, around 8:25 a.m. July 22, 2023, the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office said.

Herndon Man, 30, Who Flashed Female On W&OD Trail In Sterling Released After Arrest, Cops Say
A 30-year-old man has been arrested for exposing himself to a female along the Washington and Old Dominion (W&OD) Trail on Sunday, May 12, authorities said.
Brandon Lee Anthony, 30, of Herndon, exposed himself to the female on the trail near mile marker 21.5 in Sterling, then fled, the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office said.
The victim called police and responding deputies searched the area. Anthony was arrested on the trail and charged with obscene sexual display, the sheriff's office said. He was released on personal recognizance.

Three people died in a head-on crash involving a brand-new Dodge Challenger and taxi on Loudoun County Parkway Wednesday, Oct. 25, authorities said.
A 2023 Dodge Challenger was heading north on the Parkway when he lost control near Shellhorn Road and struck a Toyota Sienna taxi head-on around 10:50 p.m., the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office said.
