Wrong-Way Tractor Trailer Crosses Double-Yellow Lines, Traps Woman In Building: Bridgewater PD
A tractor trailer driver wreaked havoc in Bridgewater when he crossed the double-yellow line, struck several parked cars, a moving vehicle, and crashed into a building trapping an occupant, police said.
Wesley Jefferson, 62, of Dansville, NY, was heading north on Finderne Avenue around 12:05 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 16, when he crossed the solid double yellow lines into the southbound lanes of travel in Bridgewater, local police said.
Jefferson struck a 2006 Ford Ranger operated by a 33-year-old Bridgewater woman, and continued north in the southbound lanes, police said.

Young NJ Motorcyclist Killed By DWI Driver Died Doing What He Loved, Obit Says
A 21-year-old motorcyclist killed last month by a DWI driver from Pennsylvania died doing what he loved, according to his obituary.
Jake Schreck, of Allentown (Monmouth County) was killed when he was apparently struck by 47-year-old Ketan Kabaria, of Yardley, PA, around 5:50 p.m. on Friday, March 31 near Route 539 (Old York Road) and Montgomery Way in Robbinsville, police said.
Schreck was brought to Robert Wood Johnson Hospital where he was pronounced dead, Robbinsville police said.

NJ Driver Hits 9 Vehicles, Killing Woman: Police
A New Jersey driver hit nine vehicles in a Tuesday afternoon crash that killed a 76-year-old woman, authorities said.
John MacMillan, 62, was driving a 2008 Chevrolet Malibu southbound on Route 130 and ran a red light at the Horizon Center Boulevard intersection in Hamilton Township around 1:50 p.m., Lt. Richard Mastropolo said in a release.
MacMillan, of Edgewater Park, struck nine vehicles, including a 2018 Chevrolet Equinox driven by Frances Sgro, 76, of Columbus, Mastropolo said.

NJ News Reporter 'Randomly' Drove Into Oncoming Traffic, Killing 1: Prosecutor
Charges have been upgraded for a Central Jersey news reporter who intentionally drove her car into into oncoming traffic, killing a 95-year-old woman, authorities said.
Lisa Pollitt, 36, has been charged with first-degree murder, aggravated assault and obstruction in connection with the Thursday, Feb. 10 crash in Cranbury, Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone said.
Pollitt was identified by her editor, Charlie Kratovil, as a reporter for "New Brunswick Today."
