Prosecutors said Edsall was driving a stolen Ford Explorer northbound on North Ocean Avenue in Patchogue on June 15, 2023, when he rear-ended an SUV waiting to turn into a parking lot. Seen Him? Long Island Man Missing For 3 Days Police are asking for help in locating a Long Island man who has been missing for several days. Suffolk County Police issued a Silver Alert for Patchogue resident William Stewart on Monday, Feb. 26. The 72-year-old, who has dementia, was last seen leaving his North Ocean Avenue residence in a taxi at around 7 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 23. Relatives haven’t seen or heard from him since. Stewart is approximately 6-foot-1 and 230 pounds with white hair and blue eyes.
