Legendary Philadelphia Soul Singer, Frankie Beverly Of Maze Has Died
The funk band Maze's lead singer, Frankie Beverly, died on Tuesday, Sept. 10, his family shared on social media the following morning.
Beverly was 77 and a Philadelphia native who attended Germantown High School. He was known as a legendary R&B artist, songwriter, and producer.

'Fun-Loving' Wife Of North Shore Chef Unexpectedly Dies
A restaurant family on the North Shore is mourning the death of one of their own.
Amanda Dixey, whose husband Tom Dixey is a chef at The Lobster Shanty in Salem, died unexpectedly after a "brief illness" on Sunday morning, Jan. 29, according to a GoFundMe.
"Amanda was one of the most fun-loving people around with a sharp, witty sense of humor," the campaign reads. "Amanda and Tom had a magical romance and her family are heartbroken."

MontCo Man Killed In Crash Leaves Behind Newborn, Fiancé
Justin Minnucci had just entered a new chapter of life.
Three months ago, he became a dad with the birth of his son, Maverick.
The 28-year-old Montgomery County man was also set to wed his fiancé, Britney, who's two children he had considered his own.
But fate had other plans for Minnucci, of Souderton, who was killed in a crash on Monday, Nov. 7, in Franconia Township.
He died at Lehigh Valley Hospital - Cedar Crest of multiple blunt force injuries due to the 11:45 a.m. crash on West Cherry Lane and Souderton Hatfield Pike, the Lehigh County Coroner's Office said.

York Coroner IDs Woman, 18, Killed In Hellam Township Crash
The York County Coroner's Office has identified the victim killed in a single-car Hellam Township crash Tuesday morning.
Hannah Tome, 18, was a back seat passenger in the vehicle that had crashed near Yorkana Road south of Valley Acres Road around 2:50 a.m., the York County Coroner Pamela L. Gay said.
Tome was ejected and rushed to Wellspan York Hospital, where she was pronounced dead at 4:37 a.m., Gay said.
A GoFundMe launched by Patricia Lehr for Tome's mother, Debra, had raised more than $750 as of Tuesday evening.
