The first of the two incidents happened on Monday, Oct. 9 in Greenvale, according to Nassau County Police. CT Resident Shot At Confronting Car Thief In Broad Daylight, Police Say A Connecticut homeowner attempting to stop a man from stealing his Audi out of his driveway was shot at by the suspects, police said. The incident took place in New Haven County in North Branford around 11 a.m., Sunday, Oct. 8 in the Northford section of town.
