Lehigh Valley native Stephan Michael Moussa died at his home in Forks Township on Saturday, Nov. 26. He was 31.
Born in Bethlehem, Stephan graduated from Easton High School in 2010, his obituary says.
Stephan then joined the family business at Rocco’s Pizza & Italian Restaurant in Phillipsburg.
He spent his free time collecting and trading coins and cards and was interested in the stock market, his memorial says. He also loved the Phillies and Eagles.
Above all, Stephan loved spending time with his family and is remembered as a caring son, brother, grandson, nephew, and cousin.

Man Charged With Felonies For Showing Stolen Handgun In Public, Fleeing: Bethlehem Police
A Lehigh Valley man was arrested after showing off a stolen handgun to a group of people and running from police, authorities said.
Quamyr J. Gray, 19, was charged with felony counts of receiving stolen property and firearms not to be carried without a license, as well as resisting arrest and possession of marijuana, Bethlehem Police said in a release on Monday, July 4.
Gray, of Bangor, showed a handgun to a group of people on the 200 block of E. North St. around 6:40 p.m. on Saturday, July 2, police said.

Sestito graduated from Notre Dame High School in 2005, and earned a bachelor's degree from Penn State - Lehigh Valley campus in 2009, her obituary says.

A 19-year-old Randolph man was in connection with the death of his grandfather, authorities announced.
Roger R. Love, 86, died of injuries sustained in a Bethlehem assault involving his grandson, Justin A. Love, while being taken to Hunterdon Medical Center Monday, Acting Prosecutor Michael Williams said in a joint statement with state police.
