Motorcyclist, Pedestrian Crash: 1 In Critical Condition, 1 Seriously Hurt, Stamford Police Say
Police in Fairfield County have identified the two men involved in a motorcycle versus pedestrian crash earlier this week.
Kevin Calle, age 28, of Stamford, was on his motorcycle driving westward on Tresser Boulevard at the intersection of Atlantic Street just before 7:45 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 30, authorities said.
He crashed into Lucas Honohan, a 24-year-old New York man, Stamford Police said.

A Stamford Police officer who struck and killed a beloved pastor in his patrol SUV has been placed on administrative leave while the crash is under investigation.
The Rev. Tommie Jackson was hit around 4:15 p.m., Wednesday, July 26, in Stamford on Wire Mill Road by a Stamford Police SUV driven by Officer Zachary Lockwood, age 24.
Lockwood, of Stamford, has been an officer with the department since April of last year, said Stamford Police Chief Timothy Shaw.

A victim lived through a day of fear and assaults at the hands of a Connecticut man the person knew, according to authorities.
On Wednesday, July 5, Norwalk Police received a complaint that New Haven County resident Enrique Rivas-Castillo, age 23, of Ansonia, had threatened the victim over the phone, said Lt. Joe Dinho, of the Norwalk Police.
Investigating officers learned that on Monday, July 3, Rivas-Castillo was at the victim’s residence in Norwalk and threatened to assault the victim.

A Stamford teen has been charged with allegedly severely injuring a woman during a robbery as she was leaving work.
Roberto Carlos Herrera-Aleman, age 18, was charged on Thursday, Jan. 26, with robbery in connection with the Wednesday, Jan. 11 incident in the area of 201 Broad St., near Ferguson Library, said Stamford Assistant Police Chief Richard Conklin.
