'Child Sexual Abuse Material' On Kik Traced To Bucks County Man, Police Say A Warrington man is in police custody on child pornography charges, authorities say.  Police said they received a cyber tip in March that a Kik Messenger account "shared, disseminated, and/or uploaded apparent child sexual abuse material" on the platform.  The account was later linked to 51-year-old Christos Rallis, authorities said.  Police obtained an arrest warrant and Rallis surrendered on June 7, Warrington PD said. Robbers Forced Victim To Stay On SEPTA Train, Police Say (Video) Video from a SEPTA train shows multiple suspects stop a woman from fleeing before stealing her phone, Philadelphia police say.  Authorities said it happened on the "El" train in West Philadelphia around noon on May 28.  The suspects confronted the victim then prevented her from getting off the train when it stopped, according to police. Thieves Snag $35K Cash From South Philadelphia Driver: Police A man was robbed of $35,000 early Thursday morning, June 13, city police say.  The victim, a store owner, was driving near Oregon Avenue and 19th Street when a blue Chevrolet pickup truck "tapped the rear of his car," authorities said.  He got out of his vehicle and three men emerged from the Chevy. Crash Shuts Down Route 422 In Exeter Township Exeter police responded to a crash on Route 422 on Wednesday afternoon, June 12.  Authorities said it happened near Daniel Boone Road around 2:30 p.m.  "Motorists should expect the road to be closed for an extended period of time," Exeter police said.  WFMZ reports a Minersville woman died as a result of the crash. Troopers Seek PA Man Who Disappeared In Broad Daylight In 2018 State police are seeking tips in the case of Travis Fanning.  Fanning was 30 years old when he disappeared in Hazle Township on Nov. 15, 2018, according to troopers.  His father last saw him around noon after dropping him off at the Groceries Plus at 1003 Vine Street, police said.
