Assault Arrest: Man Gropes Woman At Killingly Park, Police Say A 36-year-old man has been arrested after authorities said he assaulted a woman in a Connecticut park. The Windham County incident occurred on Friday, June 7 in the town of Killingly. According to Connecticut State Police, Marc Kaczor, age 36, inappropriately and sexually touched a woman as she was walking in Owen Bell Park on Town Farm Road. The woman was able to snap a picture of Kaczor, who is from Dayville, during the interaction, and he fled on foot. Police said the pictured car hit a parked motorcycle near Chambers Restaurant, 18 N. Main Street, then drove away. It happened around 11 p.m. on May 31, according to officials.
