20-Year-Old Charged With Murder Of Ansonia Man Found Lying In Driveway
A 20-year-old Connecticut man has been charged with the murder of another man found dead in a driveway.
Sahvone Valentine, of Hartford, was arrested Tuesday, Dec. 12, for his involvement in the homicide of Abdul-Jalil Humphrey on Friday, July 14, in New Haven County on Hodge Avenue in Ansonia.
The arrest of Valentine was the result of a multi-agency investigation where a second suspect, Jada Artis, age 17 of Ansonia, was arrested on Sunday, Nov. 3, said Lt. Patrick Lynch of the Ansonia Police.

Duo Wanted In Shelton Armed Robbery, Assault Nabbed, Police Say
Two men were nabbed in connection with an armed robbery and assault in Fairfield County.
Bridgeport resident Ashan Langston, age 22, and New Haven County resident Jalen Bolton, age 21, of Waterbury, were charged for the Monday, Nov. 27 incident in Shelton.
The arrests stem from an armed robbery and assault that occurred around 5:30 p.m. at the Municipal Parking lot, said Det. Christopher Nugent of the Shelton Police.

New Haven County resident Lisa Daubenhauser, age 43, of Seymour, was arrested in Shelton on Tuesday, Aug. 23.

Police in Connecticut have arrested a teen for the stabbing death of a popular Fairfield County teen and the stabbing of three others.
James "Jimmy" McGrath, age 17, a football and lacrosse player at Fairfield College Preparatory School, was killed around 11:50 p.m., in Shelton on Saturday, May 14 during a fight in front of a residence, authorities said.

Reginald Boyd Jr., age 27, of Shelton, was arrested on Tuesday, Sept. 28, following an investigation by the Shelton Police Department.

Two Fairfield County teen brothers and a juvenile were arrested in connection with a street robbery last year.
The Shelton Police Department arrested 19-year-old Eliezer Reyes, his 18-year-old brother Jose Reyes, both of Shelton, and a third juvenile suspect, on Wednesday, Feb. 10, for a Shelton for a street robbery, which occurred in December, said Det. Christopher Nugent.
