Hopewell Junction Man Charged With Civil Disorder For Taking Part In US Capitol Riot
A man from the region has been charged with civil disorder in connection with taking part in the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the US Capitol. Dutchess County resident Christopher Douglas Finney, age 32, of Hopewell Junction, was arrested on felony and misdemeanor charges on Thursday, Feb. 8, related to his conduct during the breach of the Capitol. Hallie Kyed put up a valiant fight, but after a nearly yearlong battle with cancer, the 2-year-old daughter of the Patriots reporter for the Boston Herald has died, her father announced on Instagram.
