Drug Dealer Found With Cocaine, Painkillers, Loaded Gun In Lower Township: Prosecutors
A Lower Township man was accused of selling cocaine and having other drugs, authorities said.
Sergio Jimenez, 30, was arrested on Wednesday, May 29, Cape May County Prosecutor Jeffrey Sutherland said in a news release. Search warrants were executed on his Langs Avenue home and several vehicles in the Villas section of the township.

A 53-year-old Union man was arrested on Thursday, Jan. 18 and hit with numerous charges after a search of his home turned up a ghost gun, drugs and $85,000 in cash, authorities said.
Detectives from the Linden Police Department Narcotics Bureau and the Union County Prosecutors Office Narcotics Task Force searched the home of Luiz Melendez, turning up the ghost gun, an illegal high-capacity magazine, along with cocaine, MDMA and $85,000, the Linden Police Department said.

20-Year-Old Nabbed With Gun, Drugs In Norwalk, Police Say
A Fairfield County man was busted with a gun, ammo, and drugs after a police officer was notified of a suspicious vehicle.
The incident occurred in Norwalk around 10:50 p.m., Sunday, Aug. 6 in the parking garage at 30 Day St.
When the officer went to check out the "suspicious" vehicle, he noticed a Glock 9mm handgun on the driver's side floorboard of the vehicle, said Lt. Joe Dinho, of the Norwalk Police.
Officers also found a 33-round high-capacity magazine and oxycodone during a search, Dinho said.

A Pennsylvania man accidentally shot himself in the leg while walking to his motel room in Cape May County, authorities said.
Alexander Wiederhold, 30, of Frackville PA, was charged with child endangerment since he was walking with a 6-year-old at the time the gun went off in his waistband, Wildwood Crest police said.
He was carrying bags to his motel room when the accident occurred, but did not have a concealed cary permit, police said.

Police say a 28-year-old Boston man brought a loaded, high-capacity 'ghost gun' with a laser sight with him to the Puerto Rican Festival last week.
Marc Serrano, of Dorchester, was arrested near Franklin Park as he left the festival on Saturday, July 30, because he had an outstanding assault and battery warrant, the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office said. An ex-con from Philadelphia tossed a gun with a high-capacity magazine onto a roof while being chased by detectives in Paterson, authorities said.
