Lacey Township Man Admits To Racist Amazon Driver Threats, Illegally Growing Weed: Prosecutor
A Lacey Township man admitted to racist threats against an Amazon driver and illegally selling large amounts of marijuana, authorities said.
John Vincentini, 64, pleaded guilty in two separate cases on Friday, June 7, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley Billhimer said in a news release. He and his wife, 64-year-old Karen Vincentini, have been held in the Ocean County Jail since March.
John Vincentini pleaded guilty to bias intimidation after he was indicted back in June 2023. He was accused of threatening an Amazon delivery driver on Monday, Sept. 5, 2022.

A 44-year-old man from Ocean County is accused of texting another man with racial slurs and threats, authorities said.
Walter Maxim, of Beachwood, was charged with three counts of bias intimidation, terroristic threats, stalking, and harassment, according to Ocean County First Assistant Prosecutor Michael T. Nolan.

Jersey City Couple Again Convicted Of Threatening Muslim Neighbor: Prosecutor
A Jersey City couple has been convicted of threatening a Muslim neighbor for years, authorities said.
William Ong, 76, and Beverly Ong, 73, were found guilty of bias intimidation for incidents that occurred between 2016 and 2018, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said.
Ong and her daughter, Johanna, were convicted in 2012 on similar charges, for similar incidents.
The verdict was delivered before the Superior Court Judge Vincent after a two-day trial. William Ong was found not guilty of Terroristic Threats. Sentencing is scheduled for Tuesday, June 7.
