NJ Town Mourns Loss Of 'Teddy Bear With Heart Of Gold' Killed Practically On His Own Property
If you're from Andover, you knew Joey Luchetti.
He was the one driving the Joe Veg trucks. Big, silver cross necklace.
And a personality larger than life.
The lifelong Andover resident, 60, died on Friday, May 31, when his 1963 Pontiac veered off of Yates Avenue, local police said.
The car went down into a culvert and Luchetti was ejected into a wooded area, just behind his house, where he died.
"On his own property," said friend of 40 years Joe Pepe, of Fredon. "That's how close to home he was."

Danielle Barry, Accomplished Musician From Northern Westchester, Dies At 24
A Northern Westchester County woman, known as an accomplished musician with a love of helping others, has died at the age of 24.
According to her obituary, Danielle Barry, of Chappaqua, died on Sunday, Oct. 31, from ovarian cancer.
Barry was a co-captain of the junior varsity softball team during her time as a student at Horace Greeley High School, her obituary reads.
She also graduated from Binghamton University in 2019, earning a bachelor of science degree in integrative neuroscience.
Barry played violin and piano and had a love of traveling.

Sister Barbara Ann Walenty, Maryknoll Member For 61 Years, Dies
Sister Barbara Ann Walenty died on Oct. 24 at the Maryknoll Sisters Center in Maryknoll. She was 90 years old and had been a Maryknoll Sister for 61 years.
Barbara Ann was born in Detroit, MI on May 26, 1928 to Anna (Starr) Walenty and Anthony Walenty and was baptized in St. Ladislaus Parish in Hamtramck, MI.
She had three brothers John, Patrick, Donald, Tom and two sisters Gloria and Colleen. Barbara Ann graduated from Mackenzie High School in Detroit, MI in 1946.
