Wall Township Mom Killed By Ex-Boyfriend In 'Horrifying' Machete Attack Identified
The identity of a Wall Township woman was confirmed after authorities said her ex-boyfriend killed her with a machete. A spokesperson for the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office identified 29-year-old Brianna Greenwood as the victim of the attack on Thursday, May 23. Alex Williams, 24, of Wall Township, was accused of killing her at the Glen Oaks apartments. Wall police responded to the complex's parking lot at around 9:22 a.m. and found Greenwood suffering from several serious injuries. It was the tire screech heard around Denville. A 41-year-old Cedar Grove resident was arrested and charged with driving under the influence on Tuesday, June 4, after police in Denville heard his tires screeching in an Acme parking lot, officers said. The officer observed a vehicle's tires screeching in place while in a parking tall and began an investigation, Denville police said in a release. City police are looking for an 82-year-old woman in Philadelphia. Gloria Huenke was last seen around 9:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 5 on the 200 block of West Upsal Street, authorities said. She is 5-foot-2, 110 pounds with greying red hair, brown eyes, glasses, and a cane. She was wearing a long light blue nightgown shirt and white or blue slippers.
