Patrol Car Strikes 5-Year-Old Girl, Philadelphia Police Say A child was hospitalized after being struck by a police car in Southwest Philadelphia on Tuesday night, June 4, authorities say.  A patrol officer hit a 5-year-old girl on the 1600 block of South Ithan Street just before 7:30 p.m., PPD said. She was taken to the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and is reportedly in stable condition.  No one else was injured and the crash is under investigation, police said.

Woman Killed By Neighbor In Northeast Philly 'Dispute,' Police Say A Tacony man is in custody after an hour-long standoff on Tuesday, June 4, Philadelphia police told Daily Voice.  Authorities said they were called to the 7100 block of Montague Street just before noon for a "neighbor dispute." They arrived to find a 65-year-old woman dead with gunshot wounds, police said.  A suspect "refused to exit the property" and police declared a barricade situation, PPD said. He was taken into custody around 1:20 p.m.  Authorities did not identify the victim.

Cold CASE: Troopers Find New Leads In PA Woman's 1997 Murder State police say they are making progress in their investigation of Patricia Woll's homicide.  Woll, 43, was living on River Road in Damascus Township, Wayne County when her house caught fire on Aug. 28, 1997.  She was found dead inside after firefighters beat the blaze.
