A Long Island-based Limited Liability Company won a "$1,000 A Day For Life" lottery prize.
Iangevity, an LLC based in Syosset, won a top prize from the Sept. 9, 2021, CASH4LIFE drawing, New York Lottery announced on Friday, Oct. 14.
The top prize guarantees a minimum payout of $7 million, NY Lottery said.
The LLC received a lump-sum payment of $4,557,000 after required withholdings, the lottery reported.
NY Lottery said the winning numbers for the drawing were 03 23 30 55 58 Cash Ball 01.

New York Man Claims $1 Million Lottery Prize
A New York man has claimed a lottery prize worth at least $1,000,000.
Queens resident Mario Gonzalez, of Jackson Heights, claimed the $1,000 a Week For Life CASH4LIFE second prize, according to a report from the New York Lottery on Friday, Dec. 17.
He opted to receive his prize as a yearly payment.
Gonzalez received the first payment of $31,837 after required withholdings, and will continue to receive the payments of a like amount each year for life, the lottery reported.
NY Lottery said Gonzalez is guaranteed a minimum payout of $1,000,000.

Two area men were arrested for alleged multiple crimes, including stealing credit cards out of vehicles and using them to make illegal purchases on Long Island.
Kevin Alvarado, 23, of Queens, and Jonathan Millan, 19, of Jackson Heights, were arrested on Tuesday, Nov. 10, by the Garden City Police Department in conjunction with the Old Westbury Police Department and the Nassau County Electronics Squad.

Ten alleged MS-13 street gang members and associates are facing charges for their alleged roles in three murders, the U.S. Attorney’s Office announced.
In Brooklyn federal court, 10 members and associates of the Indios Locos Salvatruchas clique of La Mara Salvatrucha (MS-13), a transnational criminal organization, were charged with murder in-aid-of racketeering, attempted murder, murder conspiracy, related firearms offenses, and marijuana distribution conspiracy.
It is alleged that the MS-13 gang members murdered Andy Peralta, Victor Alvarenga, and Abel Mosso in Queens in 2018 and 2019.

A joint terrorism task force seized a Queens man whom they accused of planning to bomb Times Square.
Investigators arranged a sting after discovering that Ashiqul Alam, 22, was looking to buy guns, grenades and ammo to kill police and civilians, authorities said.
Alam, who lives with his parents in Jackson Heights, apparently was acting alone, they said.

Two men were nabbed with more than $1,000 in goods allegedly stolen from the Lord & Taylor at the Palisades Mall in West Nyack.
The men, both from Queens, were arrested after Clarkstown police responded to the mall for a report of shoplifting, said Clarkstown Police Det. Sgt. Peter Walker.
The suspects, Juan Hernandez, 30, of Elmhurst, and Jeffrey Giraldo, 32, of Jackson Heights, were reportedly observed by loss prevention employees taking merchandise valued at $1,213.70, Walker said. The merchandise consisted of clothing.
