Two apartment complexes with many amenities are in the works on Long Island.
The multifamily, multi-use buildings are meant to “reinvigorate” the downtown areas of Lynbrook and Baldwin, according to Breslin Realty Development Corp, the developer of both buildings.

Police in Westchester have safely located a 46-year-old man who went missing.
Jean Tria, who went missing on Monday, Jan. 1, was found safe, Yonkers Police announced on Monday, March 11.
