Police have arrested a murder suspect after gathering enough evidence for a warrant after he was accused of violently killing a man who through a brick toward him last month, authorities say.
Keith Luckey, 39, was arrested on Tuesday, Dec. 6 after he fatally shot Kevin Abel Torres Guerrero, 35, on Monday, Nov. 7, according to Baltimore Police.
This arrest came after detectives consulted with the States Attorney's Office and determined that the facts of this case warranted an arrest.

Man Sentenced For Roles In Assault, Shooting, Armed Carjacking Of Woman, 84, In Frederick
A 20-year-old man will spend decades behind bars after being sentenced for his alleged role in four separate incidents that concluded with him carjacking an 84-year-old woman in Maryland.
Frederick resident Titus Lamont Diggs, Jr. was sentenced to a combined 40 years in prison, suspending all but 20 years of active incarceration, the State’s Attorney’s Office announced.
Specifically, in late May, Diggs pleaded guilty to:
Armed carjacking;
Armed robbery;
Assault;
Illegal possession of a firearm;
Loaded handgun on a person.

71-Year-Old Dies After Road-Rage Assault By Westchester Man, Police Say
A man has died following an assault during an alleged road-rage event involving a Westchester County man in Fairfield County.
The victim, Michael Frank Gentile, age 71, of Stamford, died late Thursday, Nov. 18, after the incident in Stamford.
It took place around 12:30 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 17 on Cold Spring Road.

Police Officer Accused Of Stealing Cash During Large Fairfield County Drug Bust, Officials Say
A Fairfield County police officer has been accused of allegedly stealing cash during a large drug bust.
Bridgeport Police patrol officer Christopher Martin, age 54, was arrested on Thursday, Nov. 11, and charged with larceny and tampering with evidence, said Scott Appleby, director of Emergency Management for Bridgeport.
According to Appleby, Martin, a 21-year veteran of the department, resigned as suspension paperwork was being prepared by the department.
