Man, 20, Charged With Manslaughter In 3-Vehicle Clarkstown Crash
A 20-year-old man was charged with manslaughter for allegedly causing a crash that killed another man during a race on a Hudson Valley highway.
Valentino Merceda, age 20, of Clifton, New Jersey, was arrested Saturday, April 13, by New York State Police in connection with a fatal crash a year earlier on the Palisades Parkway in Rockland County in Clarkstown.
