'My Heart Is Broken': Victim In Western Mass Shooting ID'd As 38-Year-Old Man Authorities in Berkshire County have identified the man who was found shot inside a car in Pittsfield on Tuesday, June 11.  Ryan Babcock was found around 4:30 p.m. in the driver's seat of a vehicle in the 500 block of Fenn Street, The Berkshire County District Attorney's Office said.
