The man, pictured above, followed the shopper at a TJ Maxx store on the 8300 block of Leesburg Pike and exposed himself around 2 p.m. on May 25, county police said. The suspect then fled the store before police arrival. Officers were able to view security footage which showed the suspect following the victim and exposing himself.
