Omar Aragon Mendoza was arrested about 9:15 p.m. on Wednesday outside of the Pleasure Zone adult bookstore located at 235 Chambers Bridge Road, Brick police said.
Mendoza reportedly was observed by police in the parking lot exit his vehicle with his genitals exposed and approach another occupied vehicle.
The male suspect began to urinate and after doing so continued to expose his genitals, police said.
Mendoza was confronted by the officers at which time Mendoza attempted to discard a controlled dangerous substance, police said.
Mendoza was taken into custody and charged with possession of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia and lewdness, police said.
He was released on a summons.
