Man Guilty Of Raping Ex-GF's 8-Year-Old Daughter Repeatedly, Officials In Bucks County Say
While most girls her age were enjoying the end of the school year this week, a 12-year-old Pennsylvania girl was in court detailing rapes at the hands of her mother's 33-year-old ex-boyfriend, officials said.
Because of the girl's bravery, Cory Hegelein, of Morrisville, Falls Township, was found guilty of rape of a child, statutory sexual assault, unlawful contact with a minor, aggravated indecent assault on a person less than 13 years old, indecent assault on a person less than 13 years of age, and corruption of minors, the Bucks County DA's Office announced Friday, June 14.

Severe Thunderstorm Warnings Issued In These NJ, PA Counties
The National Weather Service has issued severe thunderstorm warnings and warned of 60 mph winds across parts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania Friday, June 14.
At 4:15 p.m., the NWS issued the warnings for Sussex and Warren counties in New Jersey, and Carbon, Monroe, Berks, Lehigh, and Northampton, in PA.
Newton, Washington, Jim Thorpe, Stroudsburg, Reading, Allentown, Bethlehem, and Easton, are also being warned of severe storms.

A 90-year-old man has been missing since Saturday, Pennsylvania State Police announced in an updated release of Wednesday, June 12.
Robert Oliver was last seen in the area of Bobby Lane and Spruce Creek Road in Franklin Township, Huntingdon County at 4:05 p.m. on June 8, according PSP.

A man charged with stalking called his victim from jail just one day after his arrest in a Pennsylvania town, 6abc reports.
Matthew Kwatyra, 30, of Allentown, was arrested on Thursday, June 6, in connection with a stalking incident that happened in Darby, Police Chief Joseph Gabe Jr. said.
