Springfield police released several body-worn camera videos taken the day that a teenager ran over an officer's foot, crashed into multiple police cars, and wrecked a stolen Hyundai, causing it to burst into flames with two children inside.

A report of a stolen car ended with a 26-year-old man in handcuffs on Long Island.
Riverhead Town Police were alerted at around 3:30 p.m. Sunday, April 30, that a vehicle stolen from Nassau County was believed to be entering Riverhead.
Nearly 10 minutes later, patrol units spotted the 2006 Dodge Charger stopped on Route 58 near Mill Road, according to police.

Two men face felony charges after allegedly being caught driving a stolen car in Westchester that contained a pair of stolen catalytic converters, police said.
The catalytic converters were found on Tuesday, April 4, around 4:45 a.m., when police began searching for a stolen 2022 Volkswagen Jetta with New Jersey plates in Mount Vernon on North MacQuesten Parkway.

Police noticed that a man was driving the wrong way on Technology Square in Cambridge shortly after 4:00 a.m. on Friday, March 3, according to the Cambridge Police Department. Authorities in Newark are seeking two women in connection with a stolen car used in a September shooting, they said.
The fingerprints of Quanazia Bennett, 21, of Newark, and Kelly Devereaux, 24, of Bloomfield, were recovered from the car used in the Sept. 20 incident at 18th Avenue and Hunterdon Street around midnight, Newark Public Safety Director Fritz G.
