Newtown Woman Killed In Two-Car Crash A 37-year-old Fairfield County woman was killed in a two-vehicle crash in the area. Pamela Sheehan, of Newtown, was killed around 3:45 p.m., Friday, Oct. 4, during a crash with another vehicle in Southbury on Southford Road, said the Connecticut State Police. The crash occurred when Christopher Hannan, of Southbury, was driving a Peterbilt Conventional 330 northbound when he collied with Sheehan's Toyota, which was traveling south, state police said.  Sheehan, 37, of Newtown was pronounced dead at the scene.
