Fatal Crash Investigation Underway In Caernarvon Township, Police Say Investigators are now seeking witnesses to the deadly crash on Morgantown Road on Thursday morning, June 6.  At least one person died in a wreck between Elverson Road and Ranck Road on Route 10 around 8 a.m., authorities said previously. "We would like to talk to anyone that had witnessed the crash," said Caernarvon Police Chief Paul Stolz.  "Also if you had been driving on Morgantown Road between Elverson Road and Joanna Furnace and witnessed anything, please contact us." Coroner Names Driver Killed In Williams Township Crash A 25-year-old man died in a single-car crash on Thursday morning, June 6, authorities say.  Rashon Christian-James Cooke of Philadelphia crashed at the corner of Berger and Diehl roads in Williams Township, said the Northampton County Coroner's Office.  According to state police, Cooke was headed west on Diehl when his truck left the roadway, struck an embankment, and then hit a traffic sign before overturning. He was pronounced dead at the scene.  His cause and manner of death are pending further investigation, the Coroner's Office added.

27 Pennsylvanians Sickened In Salmonella Outbreak: CDC Dozens of Pennsylvanians are among the 162 people affected by a salmonella outbreak, according to health officials.  The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention say the outbreak is linked to cucumbers sold in bulk to retail distribution centers in 14 states.
