Nurse Tried Saving Motorcyclist Killed In Upper Merion Crash, Police Say
A motorcyclist died in a crash in Montgomery County Saturday evening, June 15, despite attempts from an on-scene nurse and EMTs to save them. The Kawasaki operator had gotten in a collision with a Hyundai Tucson around 7 p.m. on the 600 block of South Henderson Road before the motorcyclist hit a telephone pole, local police said. Upon arrival, emergency response personnel immediately began to provide medical care to the motorcyclist. A nurse was also on scene and assisted in providing care. Two 56-year-old men suffered serious injuries overnight after being struck by a driver in Baltimore, police say. Officers were called at around 11 p.m. on Saturday, June 15 to the 3400 block of Garrison Boulevard, where they were met by two people who were struck by a vehicle. According to a Baltimore Police Department spokesperson, the driver was heading east on Garrison Boulevard when it struck the two men, who were rushed to an area hospital, where one died and the other was listed in critical, but stable condition on Sunday morning. Police Name ATV Rider Killed In Philadelphia Crash
Authorities have identified the ATV rider who died in a North Philadelphia wreck on Thursday night, June 13. Michael Anthony Pembleton was headed south on Broad Street when his ATV hit the passenger side of a Subaru near Westmoreland Street, PPD said. Pembleton, 35, was taken to Temple University Hospital and pronounced dead around 9 p.m., city police said. The driver of the Subaru remained on the scene and no arrests have been made, officials said. An investigation is underway.

There was a crash with injuries involving an overturned dump truck on Interstate 195, authorities said. The crash occurred at about 2:10 p.m. on Wednesday, June 12 on I-195 westbound East of Exit 7 in Robbinsville, according to the NJDOT. A dump truck lost directional control, ran off the roadway to the right, struck a tree, and overturned, New Jersey State Police said. Two people were injured in a four-car crash in Newark on the morning of Tuesday, June 11, authorities said. At 10:59 a.m., police responded to a four-car crash at Lyons Avenue and Leslie Street, Newark Public Safety Director Fritz Fragé said..
