Winners: Mega Millions Lottery Players Take Home $10K
There were a pair of $10,000 Mega Millions lottery winners in the Tuesday, June 4 drawing.
The winning numbers were 19, 37, 40, 63, and 69 and the Megaball was 17. The Megaplier was 3x.
The winning tickets were sold at:
Country Farms, 2911 Route 73 South, Maple Shade in Burlington County; and,
Gas Co., 226 Route 31 South, Pennington in Mercer County.
Wayne Motocross Racer, Instructor Austin Behrens Killed In Practice Crash, 28
Austin Behrens, a Wayne resident who ran a motocross instructing school, was killed while riding on Sunday, June 2. He was 28 years old.
Details about Behrens crash, including where and how it occurred, have not been made publicly available.

Cyclists Ride For Popular LGBTQ+ Advocate Killed In Frederick Bicycle Crash
If it weren't for Scott Binde, the Resplendent Rappahannock Ride, Bike Berryville, and Prince William County Ride may not have happened.
Now, those who knew and loved him are organizing two special rides just for him.
Binde, 63, of Alexandria, VA, was struck by a Toyota 4Runner while trying to cross US Route 15 and Catoctin Furnace Road in Frederick, MD on Saturday, June 1, officials said. He was pronounced dead by first responders.

Middletown, Newburgh Companies Announce Some 300 Job Layoffs
Several hundred Hudson Valley workers will lose their jobs as three companies, either close, merge or cutback on production.
The companies, all located in Orange County, Frito-Lay and Gen-Pak, both in Middletown, and Amscan in Newburgh, filed WARN Notices with the state that inform them of upcoming layoffs.
Frito-Lay said it would lay off 88 workers beginning on Friday, Aug. 30 due to construction projects at the plant. The workers will not be rehired.
Gen-Pak, a food packaging manufacturing plant said it would layoff all 138 of its employees due to the rise in the bans on the use of…
