Berks Thieves Used Stolen Truck To Rip ATM From Ground, Troopers Say State police are investigating a theft from an ATM at a Berks County bank.  The three suspects drove a stolen truck to First Citizens Community Bank in Tulpehocken Township around 3 a.m. on May 6, troopers said in a release.  They pried open the top panel and bottom door of a drive-up ATM, fastened a tow hook and chain inside the door, then accelerated the truck forward to remove the ATM from its concrete base, police said.  Once it was on the ground, they removed the cash from the ATM, according to investigators. Burglar Tried Breaking Into West Chester Home, Authorities Say A masked man tried entering a West Chester home while residents were inside, borough police said in a release.  It happened on the 100 block of South High Street around 10 p.m. on May 6, according to investigators.  Police believe the suspect watched the resident enter the home before trying to get in. Masked Gunman Kills 27-Year-Old In Philly Restaurant: Investigators A man wearing gloves and a mask walked into a Chinese restaurant in Philadelphia's Kensington neighborhood and shot a 27-year-old dead, according to city police.  Authorities said Joel Colon-Cruz was inside a restaurant on the 700 block of East Ontario Street around 11 p.m. Monday, June 10.  The gunman shot him multiple times in the head and torso and he was pronounced dead at the scene, PPD said.  Anyone with information is asked to call Homicide Detectives at 215-686-3334.

Police said the pictured car hit a parked motorcycle near Chambers Restaurant, 18 N. Main Street, then drove away. It happened around 11 p.m. on May 31, according to officials. Argument Lead To Shooting That Killed Bystander In North Philly: Police (Video) An argument between two groups in Philadelphia last month led to the shooting death of an uninvolved woman, according to city police.  Authorities said it happened around 4:45 p.m. on May 11, when three men were walking on the 4700 block of North Broad Street.  They came across another group and "appeared to have a verbal dispute" before one man pulled out a handgun and opened fire, police said. John Fetterman Involved In Maryland Car Crash Senator John Fetterman's office said he and his wife Giselle were in a two-car crash on Sunday morning, June 9.  Maryland State Police said it happened in the westbound lanes of Interstate 70 at Interstate 68 in Hancock.
